THE ABOVE AVERAGE SCHOOL

A BOOK CLUB FOR DARE TO LEAD™ GRADUATES

Finding Our
Strong Ground

Eight immersive Saturday gatherings for leaders seeking greater courage, clarity, connection, and accountability in complex times.

01

THE INVITATION

Leadership asks more of us when the ground is shifting.

In Strong Ground, Brené Brown invites us to reimagine the mindsets and practices required for courageous and accountable leadership. Together, we will explore the book and apply its lessons to the leadership challenges we are facing today.

LEARNING PURPOSE

Finding Our Strong Ground is designed to help experienced leaders translate the ideas in Strong Ground into intentional leadership practice. Through guided reflection, applied exercises, peer coaching, and meaningful dialogue, participants will strengthen their ability to remain grounded, lead courageously, navigate complexity, and create greater accountability and connection within their organizations.

This is more than a book discussion. It is an opportunity to pause, reflect, practice, and grow alongside experienced leaders who share the foundational language and principles of Dare to Lead™.

IS THIS EXPERIENCE FOR YOU?
